Realtors are invited to individual properties. You can review recommendations, agree or disagree with proposed work, suggest priority changes and download the final preparation summary. Sensitive client financial detail stays private unless the client authorizes it.

Market Prep Pro provides both the homeowner and the realtor visibility into the property, however the only required communication between the homeowner and your dedicated Market Prep Pro project manager is which services should be engaged and their financial cost. The realtor never has to play middle man in the advisory or fulfillment phase between homeowner and the project manager, leaving the realtor to focus on other more important real estate business.
Shared property access
Homeowner and Realtor each receive their own dashboard for the same property.
Private negotiations
Scope and pricing are negotiated directly between the homeowner and the MPP PM.
Realtor stays hands-off
The Realtor is not involved in quoting, vendor selection, or how the work is done.

Fulfillment
One project manager, every work order delivered.
Once the homeowner approves the plan, the Market Prep Pro project manager accepts full responsibility for executing every agreed work order inside the designated time window. Both the homeowner and the realtor receive simple, real-time dashboards that show exactly what is complete, what is in progress, and what remains, along with subcontractor submitted photo evidence of the work completed. Any questions or changes in work scope from the homeowner are submitted directly to the Market Prep Pro project manager, again allowing the realtor to focus on other high priority real estate deals.

The MPP PM schedules, coordinates and signs off on every approved service — from deep cleaning to listing photography. No work begins without homeowner approval.
Time-window commitment
Every plan is built around a target listing-ready date. The PM sequences vendors so that photography and final walkthrough happen only after all prep work is complete.
